It was just a prime choice for a quick layover in Vienna with exceptional value. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the cozy room, which made settling in easy right after check-in. Definitely choose a room away from the courtyard to avoid the smoke wafting in from outside.

Had a nice stay—lovely friendly staff and comfy beds. But the room carpet was really stained and the shower head was broken. Chur for the decent breakfast, though!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the cozy vibes and clean rooms. It's perfectly located near the flak tower and Aqua Terra Zoo, which were highlights of our trip. The breakfast had plenty of fresh choices. Definitely a place I’d recommend for group trips.

Solo traveler’s enjoyable experience

I had a really good stay! The location is great, close to the main shopping street and metro station. The staff was always available, ready to help whenever I needed something. I was surprised to find boxed water in the room! grabbing tea and coffee from the lobby without paying for breakfast was a nice perk.

It wasn’t cheap but for what I got, it was acceptable.

Coffee and hot chocolate on tap—cheers to that! Perfectly located near the city center and metro, and I adored the free bicycle rentals. Who needs a gym when you can pedal around the sights?

The room seemed like it got lost on the way to the hotel—hello, 3-star vibes! If I wanted to play hide and seek with amenities, I would’ve packed a treasure map.
